Fleet management software
Your fleet on a live map with GPS tracking, the alerts your operation actually needs, maintenance control and reports that generate themselves — using the telematics devices you already have installed. Built by a team with 25 years of manufacturing experience.

When an off-the-shelf tracker is no longer enough
Knowing where a vehicle is only the start. What costs money is everything around it — and that's where generic software stops helping.
- You pay for a tracker on every vehicle, but the dashboard doesn't show what your operation needs.
- Finding out where a vehicle is means calling the driver.
- Maintenance is remembered when something breaks, not when it's due.
- Who drove which vehicle lives in a spreadsheet.
- The customer report is put together by hand, every week.
What the software does
The scope comes from your contracts and your operation, not a catalogue.
Live map
The whole fleet on one screen, positions updated within seconds, and route history per vehicle and period.
Alerts your way
Speeding, geofences, unplanned stops, driving outside hours. Your business sets the rule.
Driver identification
Who was behind the wheel on each leg, with hours and an audit trail — settles disputes without relying on memory.
Preventive maintenance
Reminders by mileage, engine hours or date — inspections, MOT and insurance renewals included — with attachments per work order. Remembered maintenance is cheaper.
Ready-made reports
What management and customers ask for, generated automatically: mileage, incidents, availability and cost per vehicle, in pounds or dollars.
Integration with what's there
We take data from the telematics devices already installed and connect to your ERP — SAP Business One, Sage, Odoo or NetSuite. Replacing hardware is rarely necessary.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to replace the trackers I already have?
- Usually not. Most GPS trackers on the market send data over known protocols, and we can receive it directly from them. We survey first: if what's installed can be reused, you save the biggest cost of the project.
- How is this different from an off-the-shelf tracking service?
- The off-the-shelf service solves the common case: where the vehicle is. What it doesn't do is your operation's specific rule — the alert that only makes sense in your contract, the report your customer demands, the integration with your ERP. If off-the-shelf does the job, we'll say so; bespoke software is justified when your edge lies precisely in what it doesn't cover.
- How many vehicles does it handle?
- From a few to hundreds. The thing to watch isn't the count, it's position frequency: a large fleet updating every few seconds generates a lot of data, and that needs a database built for it. We've handled that scenario — it's in the fleet case study on this site.
- Do drivers need an app?
- Not necessarily. Position comes from the vehicle's tracker. Driver identification can be by card, and an app only comes in when you want something from the driver's side — checklists, incidents, proof of delivery.
- How does a remote team work with a physical fleet?
- Entirely remotely — our team is based in Brazil and works remotely, available to operators in the UK, Ireland and the US. Telematics devices already send data over the mobile network, so there's nothing to install on site beyond what you have. If hardware needs replacing or adding, your usual installer does the physical part and we take the data.
- How long until it's up and running?
- We start with a small group of vehicles to validate communication and what's worth tracking. That first stage usually takes weeks; the rest of the fleet comes in afterwards, with the lessons already applied.
