Production monitoring software
How much the line produced, how long it was down and why — the same day, not at month end. Shop floor data collection without paper, downtime with a named reason, OEE calculated automatically and reports that close without anyone retyping. Our team brings 25 years of manufacturing experience.

When measuring production stops being optional
What isn't measured during the shift becomes an argument the following month. And arguing over a number nobody trusts costs more than the software.
- Nobody knows what the line produced until someone closes the spreadsheet at the end of the day.
- The machine stopped, but the recorded reason is always “other”.
- The shift target is debated from memory, because the number arrives too late.
- Scrap only shows up at month-end close, when it's too late to fix.
- Every supervisor has their own spreadsheet, and none of them agree.
What the software does
The scope comes from your process: the downtime reasons, products and shifts are yours, not a catalogue's.
Paperless shop floor data collection
Operators log at the line, or counts come straight from the machine. Output reaches the system as it happens, not at the end of the day.
Downtime with a named reason
Your team defines the reason list. Downtime stops being “other” and becomes the information that guides maintenance.
OEE calculated automatically
Availability, performance and quality from what the line records — no one building a spreadsheet to get to the number.
Shift target on screen
What's out and what's left, visible on the line and in the office, updating during the shift — while there's still time to react.
Scrap and rework
How much was lost, where and why, broken down by product, shift and machine. That's what turns a loss into an identified cause.
Automatic close
Shift and monthly reports come from the same records. Nobody retypes, so nobody argues about which spreadsheet the number came from. Exports to SAP Business One, Sage, Odoo or NetSuite when you need it.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a tablet at every machine?
- Not necessarily. Where a machine already speaks a standard protocol (Modbus, OPC-UA), the count comes from it and nobody needs to log anything. Where it doesn't, one station per line is usually enough — a simple monitor or the supervisor's phone. The survey settles this before you buy any hardware.
- My machines are old. Can it still work?
- Yes, and it's the most common case. Old machines usually accept a simple counting sensor or an inexpensive comms module without touching the controls. When even that isn't viable, well-designed manual logging solves the essentials: you get the number the same day instead of at month end.
- Is this an MES?
- It does part of what an MES does, without the weight of one. Off-the-shelf MES tends to come with modules you won't use, per-seat licensing and a long implementation project. We start with what hurts — usually data collection and downtime reasons — and the rest comes in when the operation asks for it.
- Will the operators actually use it?
- That's what sinks most projects like this, so it's handled first. If logging takes more than a few seconds, it stops happening the following week. We design the screen around the reason list your plant actually uses, with large buttons and no lengthy login for every entry.
- How does a remote team work with a physical plant?
- Development is remote — our team is based in Brazil and works remotely, available to plants in the UK, Ireland and the US. Connecting to the machines needs someone on site to fit a sensor or plug the data collection device into the network — usually your maintenance team, with us on a video call. Manual logging needs nothing on site beyond a browser.
- Do you understand production, or just software?
- Both. Our team brings 25 years of manufacturing experience, including production, process and plant management. In practice, the conversation about changeovers, scrap and shift targets doesn't start from scratch — and we can tell you when a metric will produce arguments instead of decisions.
